The feats of the ancient and noble Rossi family and their famous relatives – the Gonzaga, the Medici, the Sforza, the Riario – and friends – Pietro Aretino, Francesco Mazzola, Pietro Bembo, Matteo Bandello, exc. – relive in the Castle of San Secondo every last Saturday of the month, through the interpretations – with the magnificent Renaissance costumes – of the "Corte dei Rossi‘s" characters, an Association who wants to:

• open a window on the wonderful Renaissance Age of the Rocca and the Village of San Secondo (Parma);

• illustrate the history of the Rossi family to recreate also today the splendours of the "cinquecento" atmosphere.

As well as the art, the history and other events – not to forget the Palio delle Contrade – there will be references to the oenological and gastronomic traditions of the Bassa Parmense (the San Secondo’s spalla, the Zibello’s culatello, the fortanina).
